Her knowledge and experience in the field were evident throughout the sessions, providing a strong foundation for the students to learn from. Her background as a counsellor from Singapore added a global perspective to the discussions, allowing students to gain insights into different cultural contexts related to emotional well-being.

The workshop addressed the various challenges faced by young minds, such as societal pressures, academic stress, and peer influences. Ms Kulkarni created a safe and supportive environment for students to openly discuss their concerns and seek guidance.

Throughout the workshop, students were introduced to practical techniques and strategies for managing stress and enhancing their mental health. The interactive nature of the sessions encouraged active participation and engagement, fostering a sense of connection and trust among the participants. Discussions on emotional resilience, self-care practices, and coping mechanisms were incorporated to equip students with tools for maintaining their mental well-being in the face of challenges.

The workshop’s duration of two days provided ample time for comprehensive discussions and allowed for deeper exploration of the topics at hand. It allowed the students to reflect on their own experiences, share their perspectives, and gain valuable insights from both Ms Kulkarni and their peers, fostering a supportive community focused on mental health.
